Yated (Hebrew: יָתֵד, lit. Stake) is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in Hevel Shalom, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. The village was founded in 1982 by a gar’in who had intended to settle in Sinai. This moshav is situated just under 5 kms from the border with the Gaza Strip, to the west, and appx the same distance from the Egyptian border, to the south.
