Tze’ela’s Dairy is located in the isolated farm “Meshek Tzon”, in the Eshkol region of the Western Negev.
The farm was established in 1967 by Tze’ela’s parents and is one of the oldest private farms established in Israel.
At the farm, sheep are raised for meat in the pasture, as well as different field crops.

This art shelter, located on the main artery of the Western Negev – the 232 – is situated just under 7 kms from the Gaza border.

About this Art Shelter:

The fascinating story of the establishment of the farm interweaves values of pioneering, love of the country and love of the land.
Tze’ela decided to continue the legacy of her parents and, as their daughter, continues to run the farm. In 2008 she established a dairy and a visitors’ center.
After years of learning and experimenting in the field of cheeses, when the conditions were ripe, she opened a cheese factory near her home and began producing cheeses from sheep’s milk.
Over time, the place has developed and become a visitors’ center that offers extensive tourist activities for groups and individuals.
The vision is to become a culinary and tourist center of the north-western Negev.
